Thanks to Stop & Shop and MyBlogSpark, I just tried Yoplait’s new Greek yogurt. This fat free yogurt has approximately twice the protein of regular yogurts, and only 130 calories. It is available in four flavors: Blueberry, Strawberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain.

For a fat free yogurt, it was surprisingly rich, creamy and filling. I was also pleased to see that High Fructose Corn Syrup was not on the ingredients list. My husband and I are trying to cut back on saturated fat, and boost protein intake, so this is a great fit for us, and is something we can share with our toddler, as well.
