Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products Can Save Far More Than Money

We are regular Walgreens shoppers, and frequently use Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products, without ever being disappointed.  I was recently asked if I would like to try their triple antibiotic ointment, with the outdoor season coming up, along with it’s accompanying cuts & scratches, I of course said, yes.

The ointment came in and I compared it to a name brand tube I still had on hand.  They are, for all intensive purposes, the same thing.  Out of the tube it had the same feel to it.  Luckily, no one in my family has injured themselves over the past couple weeks, so I have not had to use it, but with my past experience with Walgreens branded products , I feel confident it will be effective when the time comes.

Beyond saving money there is another very good reason to use Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products.  These purchases help fund preventative wellness services in your community, through the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™.  This fund provides up to 3 million dollars per year to offer preventative tests though organizations such as the National Urban League Health & Wellness Tour.  It also provides in-store vouchers.  So not only will you save some of your hard earned money, but you might just help save a life.

  1. I’m always comparing the active ingredients on store brands vs name brands and if the active ingredient is the same and in the same strength. If it’s the same I go for cost savings over brand each time.
