Undercover Mission Update #GoodNites

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of GoodNites for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve discussed our ongoing issue with Lil Foodie staying dry overnight here before, and it is the topic again today.

Lil Foodie relaxing before bed.  Noshing on sweet potato and playing an iPad game.

I’m sorry to report, she really hasn’t had much progress in night time accidents, but on the brightside her GoodNites “nighttime panties” have been a real bedding saver.  She doesn’t mind wearing them, and they have a nice trim fit, so she doesn’t look like she is wearing a diaper.

I did have a promising discovery one morning.  I discovered her GoodNites underwear in front of the toilet.  The only problem was, she must have gotten up to use the potty early in the evening, because she also wet her bed.  This did show me that the GoodNites were not a hinderance her progress, and the fact that she had gotten up to use the potty at all after going to bed was a good sign.

Due in large part to Lil Foodie’s disability, the road to dryness may be a long and winding one for us. At least, her clothing and bedding can be discreetly protected during the somewhat extended journey, by her GoodNites nighttime panties, with specialized design to be effective while children are lying down.

My 3yo still has the occasional accident at night, so we always have her in Goodnites underwear.

That is a good sign that she still got up to go. Things are clicking and eventually the dry will be an everyday thing.

I wish I had advice. It has been such a long time since my daughter was at that stage of life. And boys are a whole different creature when it comes to that….

My 5 year old has never had this problem (knocks on wood) and I am currently in the early stages of potty training my 2 yr old (hopefully he won’t either) Good luck on your journey :)

I think it’s great that she doesn’t feel like a baby or embarrassed due to her problem.

My 7 y/o recently wet the bed for the first time ever, but of course vehemently denied it. ;) I just might have to keep this product in mind.
