The other day, I was sitting with my daughter at the dining room table, and she was munching on some frozen strawberries she had just requested. The kid looked like she was in sheer heaven eating these frosty bagged berries. You would think they were gourmet chocolates or something…lol.
First, she greedily munches on the frozen treat.
Then…pop… it goes in her mouth, and she stoically endures the coldness of it…
… knowing it will result in pure satisfaction.

I’ve never eaten a frozen strawberry but I’ll have to try them. I do like frozen seedless red grapes. There’s something about the crystallization inside and the pop when you bite through them that I enjoy. Only problem, I can’t stop eating them and my tongue gets numb.
I used to warm frozen strawberries just a little bit in the microwave as a kid and eat them all up!
I’ve been trying to get my family to eat more fresh fruit this summer. I smiled when I read your post about your daughter eating the frozen strawberry! I love that idea! Very summer, and very cool!
