I am often known to espouse the virtues of cooking from scratch, but I do realize that is easier said than done for many. I work from home, and cooking is a big part of that work, so I must admit it is easier for me. I still find grocery shopping a massive time suck though, especially if you are planning meals from fresh ingredients. If you’ve been box or take-out dependent, and are not used to preparing fresh home cooked meals, the process of switching can seem daunting I’m sure. Sorry, but I’m about to strip away your excuses.
We’ve all been there, a stranger wants to chat you up, alas their breath wreaks of salami sandwich or some other offensive odor. We may tolerate it from a bossum buddy, but not a newcomer.
