This low calorie Strawberry-Mango Protein Drink is one of my go-to snacks. I was pretty bad over the past week, not always eating right & not really putting any effort into doing workouts. Well, spring is on it’s way…so I’m getting back on track PRONTO! Don’t be judging me on some of the recipes you may see pop up this week… they were probably from last week’s chowfest 😉
Anyway, this is the super easy recipe for the frosty Strawberry-Mango Protein Drink I enjoy, when I am being a good girl. I don’t have any affiliation with the brand of protein drink used in this recipe, it is simply the one I’ve found that is highest in protein vs. calories (17g protein/100 calories). It has nearly no carbs, so the addition of the fruit makes it a bit more “fueling”.

- 11 oz EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control French Vanilla shake
- ½ cup frozen sliced strawberries
- ½ cup frozen diced mango
- Just dump it all in the blender and pulse until smooth.
