Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System Review

lysol

The Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System is a perfect fit for my family, so I was happy to do a review.  With a 3 year old daughter, who is working on her hand washing skills, and me cooking from scratch on a regular basis, we need all the soap dispensing technology that is available.  Besides, how cool is it to have your soap dispense for you at home, like it does in public facilities.

About to tackle opening Lysol No-Touch soap dispenser with my Fiskars.

Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System Review

With a standard dispenser, it is difficult for my daughter to maneuver pushing the dispensing pump and catching the soap.  I am in with her anyway at hand washing time, but it is important for her to do things more independently.  This she can use  (granted a little too well).  I also hate when I have raw meat on my hands and try to push the standard pump, so as to not touch it with my hands.  It can be tricky, but I hate to contaminate the soap pump.  I’m always afraid I will forget to wash the pump after, and contaminate uncooked foods.  The soap dispenser was just a little too big for our old pedestal sink, so it ended out residing in my kitchen.  I love it there, especially when trimming chicken.

setting up no touch hand soap dispesner

The No-Touch dispenser was fast & easy to set up. Pull the red tab, peel off the sticker on the soap bottle & pop it in the base. Turn it on and GO!

The No-Touch hand soap dispenser was very easy to set up.  Batteries are already loaded, for you.  It is a 30 second set-up process.  The quantity of soap dispensed is just right, in my opinion.  I really liked the aloe vera & vitamin E moisturizing soap included in the kit.  I had never tried their hand soaps before.  I will be buying them now.

After trying the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System it is of little surprise to me to find out that it won a consumer selected 2011 Product of the Year award in the Personal Hygiene Category.  The system is available in the stainless steel look featured here, as well as, a classic white version.   Current soap options are:

  • Refreshing Grapefruit Essence™ (Refill only)
  • Soothing Cucumber Splash™
  • Aloe Vera & Vitamin E with Moisturizers
  • Antibacterial Total Care

It dispenses just the right amount. I thoroughly tested the soap (it took several shots to catch the dispensing in mid-pour. My hands felt great after.

Media sample provided.  All opinions presented here are my own.

Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System Giveaway is now closed. Confirmed winner Amy R.
