Thanks to Stop &#38; Shop and MyBlogSpark, I just tried Yoplait&#8217;s new Greek yogurt.  This fat free yogurt has approximately twice the protein of regular yogurts, and only 130 calories.   It is available in four flavors: Blueberry, Strawberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain.
