I just started taking the 500 mg. Ester-C tablets today. I’ll keep you up to date on how that goes. I am hoping it’s immune support, may assist me in avoiding those annoying spring colds. It’s antioxidant support, and promotion of heart & circulatory health make it worth adding to my vitamin regime anyway
