Easy Football Spread that will Satisfy

This post brought to you by Hungry for Football. All opinions are 100% mine.

Football food needs to be both fun and satisfying.  I tried out a couple of the recipes from the Hungry for Football website, and they met both requirements with flying colors. All I needed to complete my game day spread was the addition of some chips & a side for the meatloaf.  The Hungry for Football Koozies I was sent were a nice festive touch too, along with some football napkins I picked up a the local dollar store.

The Hunt’s Touch Down Mini Meatloaf was a big hit with all who saw them, and I was told they were quite moist and flavorful (I’m not much of a beef eater myself, so it’s good to have a recipe like this handy).  The little football meatloaves are easy to make.  Just mix hamburger, quick cook oats, a packet of French onion soup, eggbeaters, and Hunt’s tomato sauce together.  Form into 8 footballs, top with Hunt’s ketchup, bake, then use string cheese to make the laces. See the Hunt’s Touch Down Mini Meatloaf recipe for complete instructions.

I loved the RO*TEL Queso Dip for a Crowd.  It was incredibly quick and easy to make, and leftovers (if you even have any), reheat great and go with pretty much anything.  Yum!

Making RO*TEL Queso Dip for a Crowd is as easy as 1-2-3.

Just put  2 cans of RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis (one drained, one not) in a saucepan over medium heat, and add a cut up 32 oz. block of Velveeta.  Stir until melted and serve with chips.  It doesn’t get much easier than that.
