- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 cup minced Onion
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 8 oz Mini Sweet Peppers (stems and seeds removed)
- 45 oz Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 24 oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp Oregano
