Creamy Watermelon Mint Smoothie

watermelon mint smoothie

This Creamy Watermelon Mint Smoothie recipe is based off one of the eight under 250 calorie smoothies in the August issue of Cooking Light.  Their version was only 98 calories!  I added a little honey to mine, and swapped out the 2% Greek Yogurt with the organic goat’s milk yogurt I had on hand (I used a smidgeon more of it too).

Comments

  1. I actually have all of the ingredients for this in my fridge (including the goat’s milk yogurt). Sounds yummy!

  2. I never would have thought of combining mint and watermelon, but it sounds really good. Plus – low cal is always welcome around my house :)

  3. Watermelon and mint are so perfect together! This would make a great breakfast.
