This Creamy Watermelon Mint Smoothie recipe is based off one of the eight under 250 calorie smoothies in the August issue of Cooking Light. Their version was only 98 calories! I added a little honey to mine, and swapped out the 2% Greek Yogurt with the organic goat’s milk yogurt I had on hand (I used a smidgeon more of it too).

I actually have all of the ingredients for this in my fridge (including the goat’s milk yogurt). Sounds yummy!
I never would have thought of combining mint and watermelon, but it sounds really good. Plus – low cal is always welcome around my house
Watermelon and mint are so perfect together! This would make a great breakfast.
