This Creamy Sriracha Dip was created on the fly to go with Cape Cod® Potato Chips that I had been sent to assist me in telling you about a sweepstakes promotion (ended). We were already fans of Cape Cod® Potato Chips, but I’d never picked up their waffle chips before. They are now a family favorite and are perfect for a mildly spicy sriracha dip like this, which is also quick and easy to make.
Serving Creamy Sriracha Dip
This spicy sriracha dip would team well with appetizers such a fried zucchini sticks. It would also go nicely with a fresh vegetable platter, or as a topping for a burger. Of course, it goes great with potato chips.
Cape Cod® Potato Chips was started by two guys who opened a small store-front in Hyannis, MA, making kettle cooked chips. They opened on the Fourth of July in 1980. Soon their popularity grew. By 1985, they opened their factory and starting inviting the public for tours. The Cape Cod® Potato Chip Factory Tour has become a popular tourist destination, attracting more than 250,000 visitors annually. The company now offers over a half dozen potato chip flavors, including reduced fat options, and popcorn snacks. The distinctive flavor and crunch of preservative-free Cape Cod® Potato Chips are now available from coast to coast!
Cape Cod® Chips uses simple, high-quality, all natural ingredients. Hand selected potatoes are fried in small batches using 100% Canola Oil. The result is a delicious crunchy gluten free snack, that goes wonderfully with dips, sandwiches or simply by themselves.
