It’s a Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip and packs a lot of satisfying flavor. It would be the perfect recipe for your Football Sunday gathering, or any festive casual party. Serve regular queso dip as well if you have non-meat eaters in your crowd. Everyone will be happy.
Serve the Chili Queso Dip along with tortilla chips, crusty bread, crackers or even use it as a sauce if you like.
Making the Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip Recipe
Making this Chili’s Queso Dip copy cat recipe couldn’t be much easier. Just cut up the Velveeta cheese, and add everything to a pot and stir until it is hot and melted. That’s all there is to it.
- 16 oz Velveeta
- ¾ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, if you like it spicy)
- 15 oz Canned Chili (No Beans)
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Cut the Velveeta into cubes.
- Heat all ingredients in pan over medium heat stirring frequently.
- Serve with tortilla chips
