Bertolli has recently introduced some new frozen bagged meals, which can now be found at your local grocer. Like their other frozen meals, the sauce is separately frozen, and the chunks of sauce melt as the meal is heated. This results in a fresher texture and more home cooked taste.
Two of the new offerings are from the Bertolli Classic Risottos line. Risotto is notorious for requiring a significant amount of time and attention to make, so this quick easy option is a great choice for busy families.

The Roasted Chicken Risotto is pictured here in the post. It was tasty, and cooked up quickly, with very little fuss. I just put a little grated Parmesan over it & served. The shrimp risotto was also good, but I did prefer the chicken version.
There are also two new Bertolli Meal Soup flavors. These I passed along, since neither is my particular cup of tea. The report back on the Italian Wedding Soup was quite positive.
