I grabbed some great back-to-school deals at TJ Maxx and Marshalls this year, and thought I would share some of them with you.
That first month or so of back-to-school is still hot for the most part, but often starts out a little chilly, in the morning. I look for “transitional” clothes for that time period. I always check the clearance rack, to see if any spring or summer leftovers will work. This sleeveless dress, although shown with tights, actually came with full length leggings. My daughter can wear a long sleeve tee under it, when the weather gets cool. Mary Janes are great 3 season shoes for little girls. These are black, with little silver turtles on them, so they will go with most of her things this fall. Below, is a pretty tunic/dress and 3/4 length leggings set, I picked up. It is fine as is through early fall, then I will switch off to a pair of full length bottoms for it. (Savannah Tunic Set $5 Clearance at TJ Maxx)
My daughter seemed to like this hooded pink & gray striped top with floral embellishment. The leggings that come with it have a subtle ruffled cuff. (Kids Headquarters Set $12.99 at TJ Maxx)
I also picked up a Paul Frank Tee for her on the clearance rack, for just $3 (it was supposed to be part of a 2 pc. set), a pack of panties and some socks. The total for everything, between both stores, was under $52. This is why I love shopping TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I think I will go back and get something for mommy!

I love TJ Maxx! We just got a store here in our county Back in march so now we don’t have to drive 30-45 min to shop there the prices are great! I don’t know if anyone has ever noticed but on most of the clothes there is a manufactures price tag, another price tag with a lower price and then the TJ Maxx tag. The TJ Maxx tag has 2 prices. A “compare to” and “our price” I saw a mens Calvin Klineshirt MSRP .89.00 and regular TJ Maxx price of $29.99! What about that?!?! I also work for them and let me tell you, they are great to work for! I had lost my job in december while I was 4 1/2 month preggo. TJ Maxx hired me even tho I was so far along. And a really good part is, we CAN be eligable to win GC in any contest. Most places say if you work for a company, you cannot try to win. I do love TJ Maxx! Thanks for the post!
Btw: I went 2 weeks ago to get some clothes for the family I got hibby 2 shorts, me a dress and a light cover up, 2 pair of shoes. For my 4 year old girl, got her 2 dresses, 3 pack of TinkerBell panties, a jacket, T-shirt and 2 sets. For my 3 month old, got him 3 sets for fall, a pack (5) of onsies and 3 sleepers. Got a few other random things but spent $144 oit was amazing!

I do not think I have ever shopped at a TJMAxx! But those are TOO CUTE! I may have to scout one out. We did our school shopping early, but at those prices, we may go again LOL

I just went to TJMaxx yesterday and picked up the cutest outfits for Helena for her birthday this week and I could not believe the price I paid! $12.99 for brand name skinny jeans! WOOT!
